PAYING YOUR RENT

Paying your rent is easy with our many available options: check, money order, or online via ACH, credit card or PayPal.

You can pay your rent by check or money order*, payable to:

*Money orders include a receipt. It is very important that you keep this receipt. It includes a tracking number which can be used to make sure the money got to the right recipient or to settle any disputes regarding your payment, should they arise. 

ONLINE WITH BILL.COM

Every month you will receive any invoice via email that contains a link to make your rent payment online through Bill.com. Follow the link to make a one time payment or create a free Bill.com account to utilize additional features. 

Bill.com processes payments through a secure payment gateway and allows customers to pay with whatever method is most convenient: ACH, credit card, or PayPal.

BILLING QUESTIONS + DISPUTES

All billing and payments are administered through our off-site Finance Department**. Should you have questions or disputes regarding your rent payments, please contact payments@northrobertson.com or (504) 909-6469. Include your name, unit number and as many details as possible. A representative will contact you within 1-3 business days. 

** Please note that your on-site building manager DOES NOT handle billing inquiries or disputes. All business of this nature must be handled with our Finance Department directly. 

MAINTENANCE REQUESTS

Standard maintenance and repair hours are from 8am to 4pm, Monday through Friday. Please direct all requests for maintenance or questions and comments regarding maintenance / building condition / planned improvements to maintenance@northrobertson.com. Depending on the nature and/or severity of your request, a representative will contact you within 1-5 business days.

MANAGEMENT

The management office is located on the riverside end of the building, adjacent to the elevator as well as the entrance addressed 2839 N. Robertson Street. Office hours are 10am to 2pm, Monday through Friday.  

2801 North Robertson is managed by Thrive Management Group.

F.A.Q.

Q: What utilities are included with my rent?
A: Water, trash/recycling pick up, and wi-fi are included with your rent. Electric service is not included and is billed monthly to each tenant in addition to the rental amount.

Q: What should I do if my door code no longer works or I need to change my code?
A: Tenants can direct all door code issues to maintenance@northrobertson.com. Be sure to be as detailed as possible and to report any security issues management should be made aware of. If you need to change your personal 6-digit door code for any reason other than system malfunction or management mishap, please be aware that you will be subject to a $15 charge for the change.
